STARTS FRIDAY, MARCH 19TH!
We are happy to announce that our Foundation has started a new fundraising campaign to benefit our scholarship and enrichment programs fund! As we continue the efforts to better the lives of children in our Commonwealth, we are happy to have you, our family, friends, and community, joining us!
The funds from our 50/50 raffle will enable us to help families in need with things like after school programs, extra-curricular activities, summer and sports camps, and aid in the ever-growing cost of education and childcare. We are proud of the support you have given in the past, and we hope that you will continue that support as we help others who are struggling, especially now, when families have dealt with so much in recent months.
In order to meet our fundraising goal, it will truly take a village. We are asking you for a donation of $100 for our 50/50 raffle which will be pulled Saturday, May 1st.
Only 500 tickets will be sold, and there are 37 chances to win prizes ranging from $100 all the way up to $10,000!

Kentucky Derby 50 / 50 RAFFLE
TERMS, RULES, AND CONDITIONS
Each ticket will cost $100 (One Hundred Dollars) per ticket. Your ticket is a receipt for your purchase and represents one opportunity to win up to $10,000 (Ten Thousand Dollars). Ticket purchases are tax deductible. Winning ticket holders need not be present to win. Ticket sales shall end approximately at 4:30 pm EST on April 30th, 2021, unless the tickets sell out prior to the published date and time. The Raffle is conducted by the Rob Cunningham Foundation with the physical address of 4 Gallagher Drive, Plymouth, MA 02360.
The Official Rules of the Raffle are set forth herein. By entering the Raffle, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, waive any rights to claim ambiguity in the Raffle or these Official Rules, and further agree to be bound by the Rob Cunningham Foundation's decisions and interpretation of these Official Rules.
Eligibility: The Raffle is open to all persons age 18 and over.
The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
How to Enter: Raffle Tickets cost $100 (One Hundred Dollars) each.
How to purchase tickets and enter the Raffle:
The Entrants must provide their full name, billing address, telephone number of the cardholder, credit card number, expiration date and CVV personal security code.

Mail: Check made payable to: The Rob Cunningham Foundation, 4 Gallagher Drive, Plymouth, MA 02360. Tickets will be returned within two (2) business days of receipt of payment.
Ticket Information: A maximum of five hundred (500) tickets will be issued and available for purchase. No refunds will be made.
Entrants may purchase as many Tickets as they wish. Each Ticket is personal and can only be in the name of one (1) individual Entrant. Entrants may not sell, donate or otherwise transfer their Ticket(s) to anyone. Prizes will not be issued to anyone other than the winning thirty-seven (37) Entrants whose names are on the Tickets. Prize checks will be made out to the names as they appear on the Raffle Ticket.
The Rob Cunningham Foundation reserves the right to disqualify false entries or entries suspected of being false, and any illegible, defective, incomplete or physically altered tickets and entries that do not include valid or complete payment.
The Rob Cunningham Foundation is not responsible for printing errors in any Raffle related material, or for lost, late, misdirected or non-deliverable email, or any other failure to receive orders or deliver receipts prior to the drawing deadline.
Drawings: Grand Prize Drawing: Thirty-seven (37) random Grand Prize drawings will be conducted by a representative of the Rob Cunningham Foundation. Entrants need not be present to win. Drawing will be held on Saturday, May 1st, or upon the expiration of any announced extension to the Raffle Period. All participants are invited to watch the drawing on Facebook Live:
Prizes: Grand / First Prize Drawing: The First / Grand Prize is 40% (forty percent) prize total up to $10,000. The Second (2nd) Prize is 20% (twenty percent) prize total up to $5,000. The Third (3rd) Prize is 10% (ten percent) prize total up to $2,500. The Fourth (4th) Prize is 8% (eight percent) prize total up to $2,000. The Fifth (5th) Prize is 6% (six percent) prize total up to $1,500. The Sixth (6th) Prize is 3% (three percent) prize total up to $750. The Seventh (7th) Prize is 1% (one percent) prize total up to $250. The Thirty (30) Eighth (8th) Prizes are $100 each or 12% (twelve percent) each up to $100.
Eighth Place Winners will be drawn first, followed by the Seventh, Sixth, Fifth, Fourth, Third, Second, and ending with The Grand / First Prize Winner.
Notifications: Entrants whose Ticket numbers are drawn at Grand Prize Drawing will be deemed the winner of the prize for that particular drawing ("Raffle Winners"). Raffle Winners will be notified by phone and/or U.S. Mail using the information provided on the Entry Form. If any Raffle Winners cannot be located or fail to return attempts to contact him/her by 4:30 pm EST on the tenth (10) business day after the first attempt to contact him/her, such Raffle Winner will be deemed to have forfeited his/her prize and another Raffle Winner will be drawn. Each Raffle Winner may be asked to send an affidavit of eligibility/liability/ publicity release ("Release").
Raffle Winner must provide all information requested to be eligible to win, including proof of age and proof of identity showing that the person claiming the prize is the same Entrant named on the winning Ticket stub. Unless restricted by law, each Raffle Winner will be required to complete and return the required paperwork within ten (10) days of prize notification. The prizes may be forfeited if any Raffle Winners (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fail to obtain all signatures on the required paperwork and return the documents in a timely manner as required pursuant to these Official Rules; or (iii) cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason.
Raffle Winners grant permission for the use of their names for the purposes of pulling winners to a live audience.
The Rob Cunningham Foundation is required to withhold 25% from the winnings and report this amount to the IRS on Form W-2G. This regular withholding applies to winnings of more than $5,000. A person receiving winnings must furnish the organization a statement on Form 5754 made under penalties of perjury stating his or her identity.
Proceeds: Proceeds from this Raffle will benefit the Rob Cunningham Foundation.
Organization's Mission: Bettering The Lives Of Children Across Our Commonwealth.
Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of Raffle Tickets that are sold (max. 500).
General Conditions: The Raffle is subject to these Official Rules. These Official Rules shall not be changed by any oral statement made by any employee or other person acting on the behalf of the Rob Cunningham Foundation or its affiliates.
Entrants agree: (i) to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of the Terms, Rules, and Conditions which shall be final and binding: and (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity in the Raffle or these Official Rules except where prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, Raffle Winner agrees to release the Rob Cunningham Foundation, its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, and any person or entity associated with the production, judging, or administration of the Raffle (collectively, the "Releasees") from and against any claims, damages, attorney's fees, and costs or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from redemption, acceptance, possession, ownership, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Raffle purchase of a Raffle Ticket.
Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of Raffle Winner and Raffle Winner will receive an IRS Form W-2G, for the value of the prize awarded. Each ticket purchaser is advised to consult his/her own tax advisor(s) with respect to the liabilities that may arise from winning a prize in this Raffle. The Rob Cunningham Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Raffle or violating these Official Rules, and reserves the right to cancel the Raffle should it suspect fraud or for any reason out of its control.
The Rob Cunningham Foundation shall appoint a single individual who will be responsible for maintaining control and security of the Raffle. Such individual shall draw from the container from which the Winning Raffle ticket will be drawn. Disputes regarding these Official Rules and/or this Raffle will be governed by the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Rob Cunningham Foundation reserves the right to extend the Raffle date and deadline for ticket sales. The Raffle Winners must claim prize within ten (10) days of the Raffle drawing date or a new winner / winners will be selected.
ANY CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY BETWEEN ANY RAFFLE PARTICIPANT AND THE ROB CUNNINGHAM FOUNDATION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE RAFFLE OR TO THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS SHALL BE SETTLED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION UNDER ITS COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES, AND JUDGMENT ON THE AWARD RENDERED BY THE ARBITRATION MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION THEREOF.
A raffle Entrant's sole and exclusive remedy for any claim against the Rob Cunningham Foundation arising out of the sale of Raffle Tickets or the conduct of the Raffle shall be limited to the return of the purchase price paid for his/her Raffle Ticket(s).
In no event shall the Rob Cunningham Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives be liable to any party for any loss to earnings, profits or goodwill, or for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages. If for any reason the Raffle is canceled, the Rob Cunningham Foundation must reimburse each Raffle Ticket purchase within 60 days of the Raffle cancellation date. An example of cancellation may be due to insufficient ticket sales by the Raffle deadline.
Privacy: All personal information collected by the Rob Cunningham Foundation will be used for administration of the Raffle. The Rob Cunningham Foundation will not share, sell or otherwise distribute personal information collected except as stated above.
